I-94 CardWhen you arrive in the United States, you will be given a white Arrival and Departure Record Form (I-94). You will complete this form and submit it to the ICE inspection officer when you arrive at the airport. The image below is a sample I-94 card, with the relevant information it includes:
Please be certain that all the information is correct, and that your name, date of birth and country of citizenship match the information in your passport. The I-94 card will be stapled in your passport, normally opposite your visa page. It is very important not to lose this form while you are in the United States, as it is a record of your arrival and visa status. Contact an immigration advisor if you lose your I-94 card. |
