I-20 form
The I-20 form is issued by Seattle Central to students who have been
accepted to attend classes. Applicants from outside the United States
will receive an I-20 form with their acceptance materials. Applicants
who are transferring from another institution in the United States will
receive an I-20 form after their current school transfers their SEVIS
record to Seattle Central.
Important notes on the I-20 form:
- Be sure all personal information is accurate, and that your
name, date of birth and citizenship matches your passport.
- Make sure that your program of study reflects what you applied
for at Seattle Central. If you need to change your major or your
program, contact the International Education Programs Office as
soon as possible.
- It is important to arrive by the program start date noted in
Section 5 of the I-20 form. If you arrive after that date, you
may be denied entry and have to return home. If you think you
may arrive later than this date, contact the International Education
Programs Office as soon as possible.
