Foundation
Welcome to Seattle Central Community College Foundation. We are a private, 501(c) (3), non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between student need and available resources. The Seattle Central Community College Foundation, led by a 25 member board of directors, was created to help ensure that our self-motivated, hardworking students - who have chosen to improve their lives through education - can achieve their goals. The Foundation raises funds to support student scholarships, childcare assistance, college-wide free tutoring and student emergency assistance through endowments and annual gifts.
If you have questions about how you'd like to support our students or to learn more about our programs, please contact the Foundation office at (206) 934-5491 or scccfoundation@seattlecolleges.edu.

Fundraising Gala
The Foundation's annual fundraising gala held on March 5th, 2011 raised over $100,000. The Foundation wishes to thank everyone who helped to make the event a great success!
Emergency support keeps students on trackThanks to a generous grant from Dreamkeepers, Seattle Central students may qualify now for emergency assistance. Dreamkeepers, a program of Scholarship America®, established by Lumina Foundation for Education, helps students overcome unforeseen financial emergencies and remain focused on what matters most—their education. There are currently 31 colleges in the Dreamkeepers network; Seattle Central joined in 2010 and expects to assist 80 students this year.
Students may initiate an application through their counselors. Questions? Email dreamkeepers@seattlecolleges.edu.
